ALUMINA BRICKS

In order to enhance the abrasion resistance of the internal walls of the mill, in which the raw materials with high degree of hardness are grinded, they are required to be undercoated. ALUMINA MOSAICS

One of the biggest problems of the industries such as cement, mining and thermal power plant etc. is the abrasion of their metal components. In order to prevent this, coating with high abrasion resistant materials must be applied. Cyclones, separators, conveying belt, silos, etc. are the components open to abrasion. The easiest and enduring method accepted in International standards is the coating with Alumina Mosaics. They can be of various dimensions and thicknesses as well as they can be manufactured in square, hexagonal, cylindrical shapes etc.

INERT ALUMINA PACKING BALL

High Purity Alumina Packing ball has excellent acid resistance and heat resistant performance. It can be widely used in various strong corrosion and high temperature environments. It is the most ideal filler in chemical, metallurgical gas and petroleum industries.

The product I made of alumina ultrafine powder as the main raw material and fired by advanced molding technology and high temperature tunnel kiln. It can withstand the corrosion of strong acid, base and other organic solvents and can adopt to different temperature changes.

It is mainly used in the working environment of high temperature, high pressure and corrosiveness in the petrochemical industry. It is the most ideal filler in the reformer, reacting furnace and packing tower of the vast oil and chemical industry.

It is also widely used in petrochemical plant, chemical fiber plant, alkylbenzene plant, aromatics plant, ethylene plant, natural gas plant, hydrocracking unit, refining unit, catalytic reforming unit, isomerization device, demethylation device and so on… It is used as support, covering material and tower filler for catalysts, molecular sieve and desiccant in the reactor. Its main role is to increase the distribution of gas or liquid, to support and protect the active catalyst with low intensity.

CERAMIC CATALYST CARRIER

In heterogeneous catalysis, bulk material catalysts are used to convert gaseous or liquid reactants. On industrial scale, fixed bed reactors are generally used for these types of reactions. The actual catalysts, like active catalytic substance, may be alone or on a carrier. Carriers are used in situations where high demands are placed on the mechanical strength of the catalysts, the active catalytic substance must be present in a thin layer or there is a need to conserve valuable catalyst substances. A variety of materials are used to create catalyst carriers, during which ceramic catalyst carriers are an important group of carrier materials in heterogeneous catalysis.
